Only one bonus is allowed per customer, family, address, shared computer, shared IP address, and any identical account details including email address, bank account details, credit card information, and payment system account. Any abuse will result in the account being closed.
The customer must provide identification documents (KYC) when required. Failure to provide these documents upon Helabet’s request will result in the bonus and any winnings being forfeited.
The company may request a photo of the customer holding their ID or require identity verification by phone at any time.
If Helabet believes it has been a victim of fraud or money laundering, it may close the account and freeze the balance.
After the wagering requirement is met, any remaining bonus funds (up to the initial bonus amount) will be transferred to the main balance.
If, after wagering, the remaining bonus balance is less than the minimum stake amount, the bonus will be deemed lost.

Customers may withdraw any amount from 0 up to the total value of deposits made before fulfilling the conditions of the offer if their remaining account balance is at least twice the bonus amount (withdrawal of the bonus amount and winnings is not permitted).
Withdrawals cannot be made if the remaining account balance is less than the bonus amount or if there are any unsettled bets.
The bonus must be used within 30 days of registration. After 30 days, the bonus and all winnings earned using the bonus will expire.
